Consciousness Is Not Depth
Consciousness developed as a social organ — for communication, for herd coordination. It cannot receive the genuinely individual. What reaches awareness has already been flattened into the general, the typical, the sayable.

Feelings Are Symptoms
The drives act first. The feeling is the late, impoverished interpretation of what the drive has already done. Attending to your feelings is watching exhaust. The fire is somewhere you cannot see.

The Self Is a Fiction
There is no unified "I" having experiences. There is a committee of drives, a warring plurality, a constantly shifting coalition. The grammatical subject is a convenience for language — nothing more.
IV.
Rumination Is Ressentiment
The person who makes a vocation of introspection cannot act. Ressentiment is will-to-power blocked from flowing outward, curdling into a rich, fascinating, useless inner life. The noble type acts and forgets.

Therapy Culture Is Slave Morality
The civilization-wide apparatus for teaching people to process rather than create, to understand suffering rather than overcome it — this is the most refined institutionalization of weakness ever devised.

The Body Knows
Forged over vast evolutionary time, the body's drives are smarter than conscious reflection. Watch what makes you powerful. What depletes you. These are physiological signals — not emotional textures to be curated.

Rather than asking "what do I feel?", Zarathustra asks: "what historical forces, power-structures, and biological configurations produced this feeling?" Genealogy is the rigorous alternative to introspection — suspicious, historical, demystifying.

Every question is evaluated through a single lens: does this strengthen or diminish? Is this the expression of ascending life, or the rationalization of blocked, descending life? The will-to-power is not aggression — it is the drive to express, overcome, create.

Amor Fati Over Rumination
The Nietzschean alternative to processing feelings is loving fate — achieving a relationship to your existence that could be willed to repeat eternally. The eternal recurrence test: are you living in a way that can sustain affirmation?

"Become who you are" is not an introspective injunction. You do not find yourself by examining your feelings. You find yourself by what you are capable of doing, creating, enduring. The self is revealed in the act, not in the feeling about the act.
